Welcome to PoopMates! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PoopMates mobile application ("App") operated by PoopMates ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Subscription Terms

PoopMates Premium Subscription:

Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Price: $2.99 per year after trial period
Billing: Payment charged to your Apple ID account after trial confirmation
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users

3. User Content

The App may allow you to track personal bathroom sessions and interact with anonymized global data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PoopMates and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

The App is intended for entertainment and general wellness tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POOPMATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
